Pre-order Notice

Some products in this store are pre-order/overseas restock items. We will place an order with the brand or supplier after the member has completed their purchase.

Since product supply is uniformly controlled by the brand, supplier, and factory, even if we place the restock order immediately after your purchase, there is still a possibility that the product may be out of stock or your order cancelled due to brand discontinuation, fabric shortage, production adjustments, insufficient supply, logistics delays, or other uncontrollable factors.

If a product is confirmed to be unavailable for restock, we will contact the member as soon as we receive notification and assist with the refund process.

Pre-order/overseas restock items carry certain supply risks. Aside from product refunds, this store will not provide other forms of compensation, damages, or be responsible for consequential losses.

Please ensure you accept the above conditions before placing an order; completing an order is deemed as having read, understood, and agreed to the contents of this notice.
